Feature Disclaimers

This page brings together the qualifications and limitations that apply to ORB features. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Feature eligibility, consent choices, payment authorizations, and the actual status of your requests are shown in your account.

Campaigns and advertising

Advertising provides an opportunity to reach people. It does not guarantee streams, followers, subscribers, purchases, engagement, or playlist placement. Audience response, creative quality, destination quality, budgets, competition, and advertising-platform decisions affect results.

Meta campaigns can serve across Facebook and Instagram according to supported settings and eligibility. Selecting Meta does not guarantee Instagram-only or Facebook-only delivery. YouTube campaign placements and formats depend on the advertising platform; audience search terms are signals, not a promise of placement for an exact query.

An advertising click or video view is not proof of a music stream, follow, purchase, or other action at the destination. Use the destination service's own reporting to evaluate those outcomes. Campaign advice is informational; it does not change your campaign or authorize additional spending.

Advertising review, reporting, pauses, and provider spend updates can be delayed. Delivery is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Optional refill timing depends on reported spend, so a charge may not occur at an exact remaining balance. Campaign-specific payment authorizations, funding requirements, and charge limits still apply.

YouTube Content ID

Content ID is a separate, release-level request for eligible music. ORB staff review and fulfill supported requests; submitting a request or distributing to YouTube Music is not confirmation of Content ID acceptance or activation.

YouTube and the relevant rights administrators control eligibility, matching, claims, monetization, and disputes. Content ID does not guarantee detection of every use, a claim on every video, revenue, or a particular outcome. You must hold the necessary rights, including rights to any samples or licensed material.

A Content ID request does not connect or enroll a channel, establish YouTube Partner Program eligibility, or include channel advertising or optimization of a particular CPM. Channel services and release-level rights management are separate.

YouTube Official Artist Channels

Official Artist Channel requests are reviewed separately from distribution and Content ID. Account ownership, channel information, release eligibility, and the required artist confirmations remain part of the request process.

YouTube makes the final decision about channel eligibility, approval, merging, and presentation. An ORB request or staff submission is not an approved channel, and no fixed approval time, badge, audience growth, or monetization result is guaranteed.

Analytics and audience insights

Reports depend on information supplied by music services and advertising platforms. Reporting dates, available detail, demographics, locations, and update timing vary; reports may be delayed, incomplete, or subsequently adjusted.

Link activity, preview activity, advertising results, music streams, and royalty statements are different measurements. An unavailable value is not a verified zero. Estimates and activity reports do not establish a final royalty payment or a fixed per-stream rate.

Distribution and store availability

ORB's approval timeline concerns ORB's review, not a guarantee that stores will make a release live within the same period. Each service controls its own processing, metadata review, availability, and removal.

Submission, staff fulfillment, and a provider's completed delivery or removal are separate stages. A submitted request, an empty provider response, or a staff status does not by itself confirm that every store has completed the requested action.

Catalog transfers

Original identifiers, matching metadata, and unchanged audio help services match replacement deliveries to existing recordings. Store matching and retention of streams, playlists, and other history are not guaranteed.

Preparation, ORB review, store delivery, matching, and removal by the previous distributor are separate stages. There is no guaranteed overall transfer-completion time. Follow each release's actual status and the transfer instructions in your account.

Apple Motion artwork

Motion artwork is optional and subject to the applicable format, plan, release, and store requirements. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or display on every Apple surface, device, or placement.

Approval of a release and acceptance or presentation of motion artwork are separate outcomes controlled by the relevant review processes.

AI artwork and promotional assets

Generated artwork and promotional assets require your review before use. Generation does not establish originality, ownership, copyright registration, or clearance of third-party names, likenesses, trademarks, samples, or other protected material.

Output can vary between generations, formats, and devices. You remain responsible for submitted materials and for checking that the final result meets your release and destination requirements.

Royalty splits and collaborators

Collaborator allocations depend on the release information, invitations, accepted claims, and royalty records available to ORB. A split preview or invitation is not evidence that royalties have been earned or paid.

Reporting, recipient verification, and withdrawal processing remain separate steps. A split arrangement does not resolve disputed ownership or replace agreements between collaborators.

Examples and previews

Feature examples, fictional artists, mock channels, artwork, visualizations, and sample reports demonstrate how a tool can look or work. They are not actual customer results, approved claims, real earnings, or a promise of equivalent performance.

Changing a demonstration does not change an artist's release, request, channel, campaign, or account. Actual account status and verified reporting remain the source of truth.
