Promote your music videos on YouTube

ORB's YouTube music promotion service manages Google/YouTube Ads for eligible artist videos. New campaigns use Maximize clicks and YouTube-only inventory, with an artist-selected audience, schedule and prepaid media budget. Click optimization is not a promise of views, subscribers, streams or tracked sales.

What does YouTube promotion optimize for?

New ORB Google/YouTube campaigns optimize for destination clicks rather than conversions ORB cannot verify. A click is an interaction with the ad's destination; it does not prove that someone subscribed, saved a track, completed a purchase or became a fan.

ORB manages Google Demand Gen campaigns with delivery restricted to YouTube inventory. The Google/YouTube Ads name is retained in your workspace. YouTube decides ad eligibility and delivery; buying advertising does not guarantee organic search rankings or recommendations.

What do I need before submitting a YouTube campaign?

  • One to five unique, eligible public or unlisted YouTube video links for the campaign.
  • Permission to advertise the recording, video, artwork and any other supplied creative.
  • A clear destination, accurate ad text and supported audience/location selections.
  • New prepaid Google/YouTube campaigns require at least 3 days and $5 per day in media budget: at least $15 for 3 days, before separate fees.
  • A realistic schedule that leaves room for ORB and Google review. A payment is not an automatic activation.

How should I read YouTube campaign results?

View Progress shows available provider-reported metrics for the selected reporting period. Clicks, impressions, video views and cost-per-view describe different events and should not be treated as interchangeable. Some video metrics may be unavailable; ORB does not replace missing measurements with invented numbers.

The Google recommendations and campaign-health panel may show review, scheduling, policy or budget limitations. It is read-only: a recommendation does not change bidding, ads or spending. Any budget increase needs artist approval and confirmed additional funding.

Are YouTube ads the same as Content ID or an Official Artist Channel?

No. Advertising is paid promotion. YouTube Content ID is a separate rights-management request for eligible releases. An Official Artist Channel is a separate channel request with its own requirements. Funding an ad does not approve either service.

Optional search terms are audience signals for people who searched those or similar terms on Google properties, including YouTube. They are not a guarantee that your video appears for an exact search query.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does YouTube music promotion cost on ORB?
New prepaid Google/YouTube campaigns require at least 3 days and $5 per day in media budget: at least $15 for 3 days, before separate fees. The current quote shows the complete charge and checkout currency before payment. A longer duration requires a correspondingly larger minimum media budget.
Can ORB guarantee YouTube subscribers?
No. ORB does not offer a subscriber-growth campaign or guarantee subscribers. New Google/YouTube campaigns optimize for clicks, and subscriber growth must not be inferred from click or video-view counts.
Can I promote more than one music video?
A Google/YouTube campaign can include one to five unique eligible public or unlisted YouTube videos under the same campaign budget and review.
Can I promote music with a Free ORB account?
Yes. ORB Campaigns is available on every subscription plan, including Free. Advertising has its own budget and payment requirements; a Free account does not include free ad spend.
Does ORB guarantee streams or playlist placements?
Advertising buys an opportunity to reach people, not guaranteed streams, followers, subscribers, sales or playlist placements. Provider review, audience response and destination quality affect delivery and outcomes.
